Concept Converse officially launched the campaign for SS ’08 at Bread & Butter. Instead of being in a space with many others trying to be outstanding, we decided to move to another location within the BBB area, doing our own thing. By the use of strong visual tools such as containers, speakers and high black & white contrast we were able to claim hundreds of square meters. Hypnotizing tube lights and stimulating music drew passengers inside, where rough and bold containers were installed. In the containers clear and strong product stories were told through clean and smart design. A fully equipped business space was decorated as a rock star dressing room, with comfortable couches and a pile of filled fridges. Result: The impact we wanted to have had been had. The stories we wanted to tell had been told. And – although it was not our objective - the Converse Booth at Bread & Butter ’08 had the highest amount of visitors. Ever!
